January 2013 - Our school received a thank you letter from the US Army for the care packages sent to soldiers stationed in Afghanistan. Read the letter here. (PDF)

December 12, 2012 - Locally-organized drive ensures troops sleep soundly: Brad Kuipers, our school's Athletic Director, organized a drive to collect and send needed bed sheets to American troops stationed near Khost, Afghanistan (click for map). Several classrooms & PowerPlus groups at Calvary Schools were among the groups that helped, including with making cards to include in the boxes.

May 31, 2012 - Highlights from the graduation ceremony for the Class of 2012, from the Holland Sentinel.

May 13, 2012 - The Holland Sentinel published an article about our plans to model our expansion after other schools, to learn what has worked (and not worked) for other schools as we plan our new athletics and performing arts facility.

Feburary 6, 2012 - Waste & Recycling News published an article, "Michigan students get excited about recycling", about our pilot program to increase recycling and divert waste from landfills. The program is in partnership with Chef Container.

January 30, 2012 - The Holland Sentinel published an article about our school's planned expansion at our Laketown Campus property.

January 10, 2012 - Chef Container posted a status update on their Facebook page our new recycling program with them. It includes a picture of a full recycling bin. We're trying to reach a Zero Landfill status!

October 11, 2011 - The Holland Sentinel published a great student profile of Rachel Little, one of our school's seniors.

April 13, 2011 - The Holland Sentinel published an article about one of our student PowerPlus groups selling bracelets to raise money for Japan disaster relief.
