Fundraisers

Fundraisers are a critical way for our school to provide funding for activities, trips, programs, capital (building) campaigns, and other purposes, while at the same time keeping the cost of school enrollment affordable for families.

Below is a list of current fundraisers organized by end date. Unless where stated otherwise, fundraisers benefit the school's operating costs to keep our tuition low.

Benefit Auction - March 12th

/files/auction/2012_Auction_Promo_Poster-2.jpgOur 2012 Benefit Auction takes place Monday, March 12, at Central Wesleyan Church in Holland, 5:30 - 9:00 PM.

The entry price is $15 per person, which includes dinner (provided again by Salt & Pepper) and an auction paddle.

Special Offer - Buy 2 tickets before March 5th and receive 2 complimentary grandparent tickets!

5:30 - doors open
6:30 - dinner begins
7:00 - oral auction begins

Tickets are available at the school office at either campus

Box Tops for Education

Box Tops For Education LogoOur school participates in Box Tops for Education.  Many of us purchase box tops products already.  By taking an extra minute to clip the box top label from a participating product, you are helping Calvary Schools to earn extra money.  Turn in your box tops to the school office at any time.

TRIP - Tuition Reduction Incentive Program

The Tuition Reduction Incentive Program (TRIP) offered by Calvary Schools of Holland is a way for parents, relatives, or friends of CSH students to reduce tuition costs by paying for their normal purchases with gift certificates/cards purchased through the school.

The TRIP Coordinator purchases these gift certificates through an organization called the Great Lakes Scrip Center. These certificates are sold at face value, with the amount of the discount credited to an account of each participating family, less one percent which is retained to cover expenses.

TRIP Announcement - Place Orders Beginning 2/13

Orders will be accepted for the week of February 13. Orders may be placed online or by e-mailing  Kelly Dogger prior to 9PM on Monday, February 13. Delivery will take place as normal on Friday, February 17. For more information, check The Flashes from Feb 9.


Recurring Fundraisers

Golf Marathon - Fall

Come and join other moms, dads and Calvary families as they golf in our annual Golf Marathon.  This is a great day of fun and fellowship as you play 100 holes of golf.  Please mark your calendar each September.

Golfers must secure a golfer packet and begin the fundraising process prior to the event.


Benefit Auction - Spring

Our annual benefit auction is an event you will not want to miss.  Great items to bid on, delicious food, and lots of fellowship!  Our auction offers a little bit for everyone: Chinese auction, silent auction, and the exciting live auction.
