Technology Agreement Form
The Technology Agreement form contains the school's policies regarding student use of computers (even computers owned by students), Internet access, and any other use of technology/computer equipment on the school campus. Internet access is granted on campus when both the student and a parent/guardian have signed the final page of the agreement form and turned it in to the school.
