About the Play:

Schoolmaster, Leon Tolchinsky, has recently arrived in the Village of Kulyenchikov.  Hired by Dr. Zubritsky to educate his young daughter, Leon finds himself in the middle of a curse.

An "evil" Count, a beautiful girl, and a town filled with loveable fools all inhabit this Ukranian Village.
